Background: I have a masters in environment and development and am currently working as an environmental and sustainability officer for the NHS. This role has a strong focus on reducing emissions through transport but does dip into other aspects of sustainable development and climate regulation.

What You Hope To Get Out Of The Scheme: I'd like to get career guidance, currently I'm working within the sustainability sector but ideally would like to focus more on big picture climate control, such as within the government or even at an international scale. As well as this it would be useful to learn from a mentor how to best engage with individuals to promote sustainability and encourage long term behavioural changes within communities. I believe joining this scheme would offer me the fantastic opportunity to learn from a mentor within my field, as well as to better develop my own knowledge of action within a professional setting.

I think this sounds like a fantastic scheme and would be keen to know of any future opportunities such as this.
