Why You Would Like to Join The Scheme / What You Hope To Get Out Of The Scheme: I would like to join this scheme because I want to live in a world where collaboration and mutual support take center stage over competition and inequity, and I think participating in a mentorship program and/or peer-support group is one way to live out the future I want to see in the present. I hope to gain more insight and confidence into how I can make a difference, and to feel that I am able to provide that same support to others.
